Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief People & Technology Officer at Turning Point Brands (NYSE: TPB), Ms. Carrasco directs organizational talent architecture. Her background includes a tenure as Vice President of Human Resources at Perrigo Company (NYSE: PRGO), where she oversaw Global Talent Management, Global HR Business Partners and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion for a $3 billion business unit.
A 2011 Cornerstone University Distinguished Alumna and two-time Athena Scholarship recipient, Ms. Carrasco holds an MBA from Spring Arbor University. She is an active governance professional and community leader, serving on the boards of the Spectrum Zeeland Community Hospital Foundation and the Women’s Resource Center of Grand Rapids.
